a bookcase
however hard it tries
will always be dusty
now dust-covered
is where I worked
for some time
I have lost that quirk

one afternoon I said to myself
why isn't creativity
more sweet?
are you upset by
how parched it is?
does it tear you apart
to see the mood sober?

how happy is
the little post!
are you upset by
how insignificant it is?
does it tear
you apart to
see a short return?
