Problem Statement : Software professionals are increasingly susceptible to health issues stemming from sedentary work habits. Existing workplace wellness initiatives often fail to engage this demographic in regular physical activity effectively. Addressing this challenge requires innovative approaches that motivate professionals to prioritize their health and well-being.
Solution Provided : Our project aims to address the challenge of low physical activity levels among office employees by integrating gaming elements with exercise routines. We seek to create an engaging solution that motivates individuals to incorporate regular physical activity into their daily work routines, fostering a healthier and more active workplace environment.
