To vomit
My body is very sensitive. It immediately warns me when I consume spoiled, unhealthy food. I mean, I take my children out, I mean, I throw up. It means that I have a strong and solid body, forewarned me. Thanks to this warning, I am saved from getting sick. I think it's a good warning system.
