"Mental discipline"

When we have in mind the dreams and goals set, no doubt the transformation in us is inevitable, it must be more to achieve great things, transformation for good, but one of the most important behaviors that we must adopt is discipline. Discipline is what teaches us to crystallize our goals Also to be better people and take with greater attitude the challenges of life.

If we look in the dictionary that is the discipline we find this answer: Set of rules or standards whose compliance constantly leads to a certain result. So if in life we choose to be disciplined or have discipline in what we do, we will undoubtedly obtain what we want, since dreams form a firm character, whether strong or weak, not always when a person responds harshly means that he has strong character, on the contrary it seems that it was a weak character, this type of people who can not contain their impulses. On the other hand, people who maintain a serene character, in which situation and even in times of adversity, have a firm character.

Just to mention an example, the professional players play around 6 months however before that date they train and take time to prepare, even being inside the tournament and afterwards, all this is only possible due to their discipline. Without adopting the discipline I assure you it was very difficult to get there and even more to stay, that is why it is fundamental and essential at the moment of fighting for our dreams.

Let's be disciplined but with a strong character, and remember that dreams fill us with motivation, in the moments where we can weaken we must have firm character, continue to be oriented towards the north of our goals, and never turn away from God, I am sure that without it we will not arrive Nowhere, it will always be our best guide.
