¿A mí corazón que el miedo nunca se irá, e igualmente debo tomar decisiones que definirán el rumbo de mi vida?

¿A ti que aunque no tengas ganas de salir, debes hacerlo, porque en esa pequeña acción te demuestras que tienes el control?

Con miedo, flojera, tristeza, no importa como sea, pero hacerlo te demuestra que si puedes hacerlo, e incluso en el proceso te lleva a otro estado mental que nunca es con el que iniciaste.

How do I explain to my body that it won't always feel strong and that we still have to get up every morning?

Do I explain to my mind that I won't be motivated every day and that I still have to do what I have to do?

Do I explain to my heart that the fear will never go away, and that I still have to make decisions that will define the course of my life?

Do I explain to you that even if you don't feel like going out, you must do it, because in that small action you show yourself that you are in control?

With fear, laziness, sadness, it doesn't matter how it happens, but doing it shows you that you can do it, and even in the process, it takes you to a different state of mind than the one you started with.
