Lemon Tahini Dressing Recipe
Tahini is traditionally used to make hummus. Tahini paste is made from ground-up hulled sesame seeds. Rich, creamy and delicious, this sesame tahini dressing can be served with salad, roast vegetables or on top of falafel sandwichs.
Ingredients:
½ cup Coconut Oil (or Olive Oil)
2 tsps Fresh Lemon Juice
5 tbls Water
2 cloves Garlic
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
¼ cup Bragg Liquid Amino (or soy sauce)
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor for one minute until smooth. Makes about 2 cups.
