It has been a while....
since I had a clear mind
since I laughed out loud and felt it
since I felt like writing a poem on Steemit
since I did parkour
since I gave a damn
Ever since I was born
The light in me has given me true wealth
Ever since I fell in love I live on a new plane
Ever since I looked in my children's eyes
I have known the Glory of God
I am two people
One thankful and holy
The other tainted and angry
Love and light
Hate and darkness
I need to jump again!
