Hive-Engine Node Software Update to v1.10.0

This morning around 5am my time the latest update for the Hive engine Node Software was released. Every Witness is required to apply this update within the next week. A few Witnesses, mine included, have already applied the necessary update. The update contains 43 commits and is therefore a major update which contains a lot of changes and adjustments.
