how Hive account@dreamm has been elected again president?

Since yesterday Hive account@desyfit was with most votes, now i cannot believe this crazy fellow is again president!

This is the evidence the game is in the hands of whales, which are not interested to get SIM reward but just hive reward!

as you can see from the image, the top ranking users are not getting any SIM as reward, because they just have big population and their city is with many unemployed people, thats why no SIM reward, but they got their Hive daily and fuck all people who are trying to build up something.

So I decided to stop reinvesting my rewards to this game since this BIMBOMINKIA will be the president!
