Recipe For Today

Hi to everyone my fellow steemians Good day.Today i wanna share with my recipe of halo halong turon.What is halo halong turon.Halo halong turon is a sweets desserts.

First your will need:
1pack lumpia wrapper
3pcs xl sweet potato
2cups of red beans already cooked and sweets
1/4 of brown sugar.
Cooking oil for deep fry about 3 cups.

How to prepare:
1.first slice the sweet potato lengthwiseabout 2 inch then after slicing and peeled.Cook the sweet potato for about 5 minutes put a little bit of brown sugar too.Then also cook the red beans for 30 minutes until cook.Once all are cook in set aside all and let it cool .

Once its already cool in a lumpia wrapper put 1 slice of sweet potato then 3 pcs. Of red beans and put also a ube jam

This is ube jam put a little bit on that then roll the lumpia.Then the same procedure as follows.

Then onve you are done with your rolling it all.In a wok put oil ready for cooking once the oil is already heat put 1/2cup of brown sugar in a wok until its melt then put the lumpia.happy cooking thanks everyone *
