I am short of 2 Golden Tickets to exchange for a BUDDHA'S HAND SEED but I should be able to achieve it (looking forward to it) by the end of the event. Chances are, I would only be able to exchange 1 of each new legendary recipes while the rest I would have to buy in the market place. :(

I should say my luck is average when it comes to the Trick or Treat Adventure. I don't have a lot of cooked items. With the current assets that have, claiming crafted items or food is the highest earned candies which should then also help in the adventure mode. Hopefully with the addition of the newly built equipment it may increase a little more.
