Ideally, you and I would live, treasuring each moment as a gift from Heaven above. The stark reality is that so many challenges come at us at warp speeds that we end up overwhelmed by them 😱, and in the best cases, simply tired--if not desperate and frustrated.

Yet, amid all the daily battles, we're free to look within, at the center of our being, and encounter that layer of ourselves that remains whole, unaffected, undisturbed, and, fortunately, always accessible.
