Lockdown Run - forty minutes
I just finished a 6.329km running that lasted about 0hh:40mm:43ss !
I'm in a phase where it's just good to get out every other day (or so) and put in some miles. I can't bring myself to do any special training and my pace is on a plateau again, but eh, I ran 6k this morning and my body feels better for it, so that's enough.
The picture is the face of a man who has just taken what he thought was a carefully composed selfie, but he's forgotten that his phone camera has a countdown timer on it.
