Red velvet cakes
How to make a red velvet
Recipe:
Flour 250g
Sugar 200g
Egg 2 large eggs
Cocoa powder1 tbsp
Red food colour 1tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Vegetable cookingOil1/2 cup
Water 1/4 cup
1 cup buttermilk
Baking powder 1tbsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Procedure
Prepare your buttermilk and set aside ( a cup of milk + 1 tbsp of vinegar)
In a bowl, add eggs,sugar, veg oil and flavor. Mix well and set aside
In another bow, seive all dry ingredients
Put in your buttermilk mixture and your red food coloring into the egg mixture and whisk till when combine
Add in your dry ingredients little at a time and mix very well.
Seive your batter and pour in a pre line baking pan and bake on a medium heat
