Sure is Fun Being a Kid

So, It's Been a While....

I haven't posted in quite a few months. In baby time, I think it's been about 10 years? All I know is that I've discovered walking and running since my last Hive entry. That crawling around was fun, but this is far superior.

My new favorite pastime is finding the largest, heaviest object that I can, and seeing if I can lift it and throw it over the baby gate. If that doesn't work out, I just see if I can either slide it across the room or knock it over. Extra points if I can make an epic mess while doing it.

Another thing that I have discovered in the last few months is that I can modulate my voice to emit an extremely loud, ear-piercing scream that should get anyone's attention if I am feeling under stimulated - which is most of the time.

I don't really know why, but shopping carts are my thing. I really love them. I love everything about them. I love pushing them, riding in them, ramming them into things... It really doesn't matter if it's my parents' cart or someone else's. As far as I am concerned it is mine.

Another thing I've discovered is that apparently I am really cute. It really helps me to get away with just about anything. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

Oh! I would like to mention that my eyes finally decided to be green. I waited to announce it because they were a sort of grayish color for the first 10 months of my life. Then they went a decidedly green color and stayed that way. I didn't want to jinx it in case they continued on to more of a brown color. I think it's safe to say they are green to stay!

Also I have recently set up my own mobile hamburger joint in the mall. The only problem is, no one is taking me serious. Instead of making an order they all make weird sounds while smiling and pointing at me. Come on lady, trying to make a buck here!

No matter, for me it's all about enjoying every moment if being 17 months old. Thanks for stopping by friends, hopefully I will be adding more entries a bit more often.
