Ingredients
cream cheese, chives, cheese, salsa, and carrots

Directions

Take an 8 oz Bar of creamchees and leave it out for several hours. Dice up come chives and mix it all together.
Spray a pie pan with Pam and spread the cream cheese mixture in it.

Throughly drain a jar of high end salsa- no cheapie generic stuff....Put that over the cream cheese

Dice up carrots, green and red peppers and I do some scallions and put that over the salsa.

Then, with a potato peeler grate some cheddar cheese - can be white ot yellow over the top.

Refrig and that's it! Serve with tortilla chips.
