Drinking water
The water which is used for the preparation of food and safe for a drink is known as drinking water. Water is very essential for all human beings. Without water, no one can live. The amount of drinking water is changeable. We all know that Nepal is the second richest country in the world. Even though, people of Nepal are facing the lack of drinking water.
Population growth is one of the main reason for the scarcity of drinking water. Many of villagers are taking water from ponds, wells, and rivers. So, they are suffering from different communicable diseases. Overgrowth of the population makes water resources polluted. people used to bathe, washing clothes etc near to the well and rivers and that water is used for drinking also.
70% of the Earth's surface is cover by water. There are different water resources where the villagers used for water for different purposes like as cooking food, bathing, washing clothes. Only a few people of the village are using tap water for drinking.
