I Use Steempress Plugin On My Wordpress Blog

Today I came across a post by @fredrikaa which stated that SteemPress v 1.0 is now available in Wordpress plugin store, and the response has been tremendous since its introduction, I decided to give it a try by installing and activating it on my blog http://www.lifewithtee.com

The plugin helps to publish articles to the steem blockchain automatically and allows one to earn money. It already has about a hundred downloads and over 50+ active users including me. The features I'm seeing here includes

• Option to auto-upvote my post

• Option to set rewards as either 100% Steem Power or 50/50 split Steem Power/Steem Dollars

• Option to add a link to the original WordPress article at the bottom of the post I make on Steemit

• Ability to choose up to 5 tags I want to use on Steemit from the WordPress menu

My benefits as a blogger

What benefits could I as a blog owner derive by also sharing my posts on the STEEM blockchain?

(1) It will help me to gain a new audience as my content is brought to the eyes of people browsing any app or website that presents content stored on the STEEM blockchain.

(2) It will also provide a new source of income, as content posted on STEEM earns its own rewards based on upvotes.

(3) It will help to store my content securely.

You can also use it inasmuch as your Wordpress version is up to 2.7.0 and I hope as time goes on @howo and @fredrikaa will add more interesting features to the plugin.
