My Actifit Report Card: July 05 2026

오늘 산책하면서 동네 카페 앞에서 오랜 친구를 만났습니다. 우연히 서로 같은 시간을 맞춰서 나오게 되었더군요. 우리가 함께 차를 마시며 근황을 나누는 동안, 지나가는 사람들의 다양한 패션을 살펴보는 것이 정말 흥미로웠습니다. 특히 한 할머니께서 직접 만든 듯한 예쁜 패턴의 치마를 입고 계셨는데, 정말 독특하고 매력적이었습니다.

그 뒤로는 한 공원에 들렀는데, 그곳에서 아이들이 축구를 하는 모습을 보면서 나도 어릴 적 친구들과 함께 뛰어 놀던 기억이 떠올랐습니다. 평화로운 분위기 속에서 사람들이 함께하는 모습을 보니 참 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 오늘의 산책은 단순한 운동을 넘어서, 소중한 만남과 좋은 기억들을 만들어 준 하루였습니다.
