Hola a todos.

Me llamo Lesly Men-Way y soy nueva por aquí. Llevaba tiempo oyendo hablar de Hive y de Ecency, pero siempre me daba cosa dar el paso. Hasta que un día pensé: "¿por qué no?".
Así que aquí estoy...He decidido dar mi primer paso en la comunidad de Aliento porque necesitaba un lugar donde sentirme acompañada al empezar, y este me pareció el sitio perfecto. // Hello everyone.

My name is Lesly Men-Way and I'm new around here. I'd been hearing about Hive and Ecency for a while, but I always hesitated to take the leap. Until one day I thought: "why not?"

So here I am...I decided to take my first step in the Aliento community because I needed a place where I could feel supported as I started, and this one felt like the perfect spot.

No vengo con un nicho definido ni con un plan perfecto. Vengo a probar, a ver qué sale. Me gusta escribir sobre lo que siento, sobre lo que pienso cuando el día se apaga y el cielo se pone naranja. Me encanta el café, los atardeceres, los libros, bailar sin motivo y perderme mirando la luna. Pero también me interesa la psicología, las emociones, cómo gestionar el día a día sin volverse loco.

Y ojo, que no quiero encasillarme. Un día igual hablo de una canción que me hizo llorar, y al siguiente me da por investigar sobre criptomonedas o tecnología. ¿Que por qué? Pues porque soy curiosa, y me gusta aprender. No sé si eso encaja aquí, pero supongo que las comunidades son de gente, y la gente es así: cambiante, impredecible, viva.
También tengo una curiosidad que igual suena rara: me encanta escuchar podcasts de crímenes reales. No por morbo, sino porque me fascina intentar entender la mente humana, qué lleva a alguien a tomar ciertas decisiones, cómo se construye una historia desde el dolor. Creo que al final todo tiene que ver con las emociones, y de eso quiero aprender y hablar.

Lo que sí tengo claro es que quiero compartir desde lo auténtico. Sin filtros, sin postureo. Si un día escribo una reflexión bonita y otro día suelto una duda existencial, pues bienvenido sea. Y si alguien se siente identificado o le sirve de algo, mejor todavía.

Y bueno, pues eso. Que me presento con lo que soy, sin etiquetas ni guiones. Solo con ganas de leer, aprender y charlar con quien quiera pararse un rato.

I like to write about what I feel, about what I think when the day fades and the sky turns orange. I love coffee, sunsets, books, dancing for no reason, and getting lost staring at the moon. But I'm also interested in psychology, emotions, and how to get through the day without going crazy.

And mind you, I don't want to pigeonhole myself. One day I might talk about a song that made me cry, and the next I might feel like digging into cryptocurrencies or technology. Why? Because I'm curious, and I like to learn. I don't know if that fits here, but I guess communities are made of people, and people are like that: changing, unpredictable, alive.

I also have a curiosity that might sound a bit odd: I love listening to true crime podcasts. Not out of morbid fascination, but because I'm fascinated by trying to understand the human mind—what leads someone to make certain choices, how a story is built from pain. I think in the end, everything has to do with emotions, and that's what I want to learn about and talk about.

What I do know for sure is that I want to share from a place of authenticity. No filters, no posing. If one day I write a beautiful reflection and the next I pour out an existential doubt, so be it. And if someone feels identified or finds it helpful, even better.

So yeah, that's it. I'm introducing myself as I am, with no labels or scripts. Just with a desire to read, learn, and chat with anyone who wants to stop for a while.
