Hurricane Counts Changing But Horizontal

The y-axis number of hurricanes. The top line is the ones that have more than 64 knots and the lower line is the number of hurricanes that have more than 96 knots. The x-axis is the year, showing the last two digits from 1980 to 2022.

There is a rise from 350 ppm to 400 ppm. This is 0.035% to 0.04%. There is clearly an unupward trend in carbon dioxide but no corresponding upward trend in hurricanes.

In green houses carbon dioxide is often added in order to help plant growth. So whereas we do not see an increase in hurricanes, we do see a rise in plant growth.

The lovely staircase graph above it the carbon-dioxide levels according to https://www.co2levels.org/ for the same period of time

COP 27

Four Hundred of these private jets like the one shown in this photo have arrived to the conference to discuss how the rest of us should go back to using bicycles for everything. Do you think these people sincerely believe their own dribble about carbon-dioxide causing hurricanes? If they don't, why should you?
