Bitconnect staking explained

In this video I try to explain how does BitConnect staking works and how the mining reward is dependent on when you get chosen from the staking pool. I took advantage of an opensource code which can be found here https://github.com/bitconnectcoin/bitconnectcoin/blob/master/src/main.cpp
Once in the code you can search for "COIN_YEAR_REWARD" and you will get to staking process.
