how about a "how to do it" run through
For a while, I have sat back and let those who appeared to know what they were doing run the ship.
I imagine that there are quite a few small fishes like me out here in the big ocean doing the same.
Because we weren't informed/told/instructed why or how to vote when we joined we are now unable to help when we might be able to a little bit.
Could one of the well informed take 2 or 3 paces back, dumb down the instructions so their grandfathers can understand, and post an instruction post on how to vote, and maybe suggestions on who would be the best people to vote for [with reasons, preferably]
Remember, there is a number of members who are not up to date with the tech, so keep it simple, please
