一周美食
这星期接二连三下厨做好吃的:昨天牛肉馅儿饼,面前所未有的软,皮前所未有的薄;
前天西安凉皮简易版(加麻酱和不加两种口味),星期一红豆沙酥饼。
另外,手擀面深受娃们欢迎。令我颇感意外的是,两娃大爱妈妈做的辣椒油。以前一点儿辣都不能沾的女儿,居然好几次吃面主动要求加辣椒油。
其实下厨房是件挺快乐的事,把原材料一步一步变成餐桌上的美食,颇有成就感。
