A Serene Meeting with a Cattle Egret. Show me a photo contest round-280 Smap
Hello Feathered Friends,
Today i took some shots of Cattle Egret in my society and i wanted to share with all my Feathered Friends.
The bird in this photography is a Cattle Egret. They often follow cattle, buffaloes, tractors, or grazing animals because these disturb insects, making them easy to catch.
The Cattle Egret is one of the world’s most widespread herons and is found across Pakistan, India , Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Africa and Australia. The contrast between its white plumage and golden breeding feathers against the lush green grass creates a beautiful, eye catching scene.
What I loved most was how calm and comfortable the bird looked, completely at ease in its surroundings. It was one of those quiet moments that makes you stop and appreciate nature. The old brick wall in the background adds a simple rural charm, reminding us that beautiful wildlife can often be found in the most ordinary places if we slow down and pay attention.
Thank you for reading.
