Un hermoso día 🌈 [ENG-ESP]

Ayer fue un día increíble. Me reuní con mi novio y algunos amigos de nuestro club, Olympus Calistenia. Tuvimos tiempo para aclarar dudas, reencontrarnos y, por supuesto, ¡hacer algunos ejercicios en las barras!

Aunque no nos centramos tanto en el entrenamiento, sino en pasar un rato ameno, aproveché para practicar un poco las dominadas y la rana, después de los ejercicios, caminamos compartimos historias, algunos de nosotros recordamos las primeras veces entrenado , cómo superamos obstáculos y celebramos pequeños logros. Las risas y la tranquilidad hicieron que el tiempo volara. El clima estaba hermoso, y mi novio, que es un excelente fotógrafo sin título, capturó algunos momentos en imágenes.

Para culminar el día, el cielo nos regaló un arcoíris espectacular. ¿Qué más puedo pedir? 🌈

Así que, mientras el sol se iba escondiendo y el arcoíris se desvanecía, me sentí agradecida por la amistad y la pasión que nos une en este mundo de calistenia.

Yesterday was an amazing day. I met up with my boyfriend and some friends from our club, Olympus Calisthenics. We had time to clarify doubts, meet again and, of course, do some exercises on the bars!

Although we didn't focus so much on training, but on having a good time, I took the opportunity to practice a little bit the pull-ups and the frog, after the exercises, we walked, we shared stories, some of us remembered the first times we trained, how we overcame obstacles and celebrated small achievements. The laughter and tranquility made the time fly by. The weather was beautiful, and my boyfriend, who is an excellent photographer without a degree, captured some moments in pictures.

To top off the day, the sky treated us to a spectacular rainbow - what more could I ask for? 🌈

So, as the sun went down and the rainbow faded, I felt grateful for the friendship and passion that unites us in this world of calisthenics.
