A weekend touches the sky

After a rainy week and a drop in temperatures, a sunny day came at the weekend. I didn't have any plans for how to spend the weekend because I thought the bad weather would continue, but the clouds dissipated and the sun shone.

I decided not to miss this sunny day because I know that next week the weather will also be bad and it will snow often, so I packed my things and decided to go for a walk with my cute friend Roscoe.

He was also very excited because he hadn't been out of the house for days and this was his only chance to have a little fun. There is near my place a little hill which people here call The Mountain, a high place with a way to walk away from the traffic of cars. So I decided to go with my dog ​​to it on foot, to enjoy the sun and the pleasant scenery, and to spend some time in the bosom of nature, away from the noise of life and the walls of the house.

At first we had to walk on the sidewalk until we reached a turn and started moving uphill, during which we met some children who wanted to take pictures with Roscoe and pet him a little.

We continued our way uphill, but I decided to deviate from the path because I no longer want to walk on the asphalt, but I want to walk on the grass, so that my dog ​​can enjoy his time and be able to sit on the grass and play.

The road was beautiful and the view from the top was nice, I felt some scattered clouds very close and the sun was warm, the grass was a bit damp but it did not prevent me from sitting and enjoying the view and feeling calm and serene.

The place there is quiet and gentle, you make your way through the green grass and the view in front of you is like a painting painted in cheerful colors. Although the weekend was not wild, this outing gave me a lot of calm and happiness. Every weekend does not have to be exciting and exciting. Sometimes we should take advantage of it to relax and meditate a little on the simple beauty around us.
