Step 1: First, we proceed to mix glutinous rice flour and rice flour together in a large bowl, then we add a sufficient amount of water to the bowl to stir the flour so that the dough does not clump, stir well. until the powder is smooth.

Step 2: We add sugar to the flour and continue to stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. We stir the flour until it becomes a smooth and pourable mixture, then stop. To make the cake taste delicious, add a little vanilla just enough to the dough, stir well. Leave the dough for 15 minutes to let the sugar dissolve, then you can bring the dough to fry.

Step 3: We put the pan on, then put a lot of oil in and bring to a boil. We use a patch, then stir the dough up and then scoop the dough into the middle of the pan to fry. We turn the cake evenly, then use chopsticks to press down on the middle of the cake so that the cake has the shape of a bird's nest, we fry it until golden brown on both sides. When the cake is done, take it out and place it on paper towels to cool.

It's also crispy and delicious when you first eat it, but it's really hard to eat just one because it's so sick everyone! So who likes to eat fat, you can do it!
Good luck!
