Changes are important- Residential project overview!

Hello everyone,
Writing my first post in architecture community gives me immense joy. Been inactive for almost a year now and happy to be back as my friends asked me yesterday to join the community again. I told them It's hard for me to write super long but @sahiba-rana asked me to at least try as everyone is welcoming.

I want to start with a publication about the site where I am working on these days. By the way I am an Architect and travel enthusiast.

It's a residential project which is under construction which is around 300 sq yards and completing it is like first dream come true.

As there are always some or the other changes that takes place while construction there was a major change we did in a room -

That's me standing all being camera shy. Anyways, This side of the room had major change. According to drawings we made the almirah was running throughout the wall. The niche i.e the hollow rectangular space you can see just where I am standing is made for almirah which was actually long till the other end of the wall but what happened was that during the time we were installing the pipes for air conditioning the positioning of the ac was a bit confusing. Out of 4 walls of the room, one was the large window and door as you can see in the picture above the last one.

another was the bed positioning and for obvious future leakage concerns one does not put the ac above bed. The third wall just opposite to the bed was for the tv unit and panel so we discarded the idea to put ac over there as well. the wall left was the almirah wall.
We didn't needed the almirah too long and this space as you can see is more than enough so we constructed an element of the wall-

what we did was we made a wall cuboid and created a hollow below for storage purpose and on the opposite side that is behind this wall lies drawing room and this cuboid situation was tackled as we created a hollow on the top side of wall over there for decoration purpose.

The main problem of Air conditioning was solved right here!
Here's how it turned out after cementing -

We tried to incorporate as much of natural light as possible. starting from having an open kitchen just by the balcony which provides lots of natural light inside.

As this is stilt plus 4 floors and legally approved I am happy to be part of this project. I learnt lots of new things here. It was super exciting and I had fun.
Learning new structural details was interesting as well like-

Since architectural schooling, we were taught to add the doors at height of 2100 mm which I did in drawings of this project as well but what turned out that my seniors told that these days the height of doors is increased and we have to follow the trend. Okay I understand if it's main door or hall door but when it's room and toilet's door what is the need for the increased height?
Anyways we have to follow the trend even if its is hideous.

Could easily see the skyline of commercial buildings at the end of residential area. Gurugram is famous for it's high end commercial projects and this is why this city id growing.
