Hypnotize the worm!

Alexia cast an annoying glance at the senior scientist who is distractedly gazing into a microscope. "That won't be necessary, surely."

He raises his head slowly to look at him in disbelief. He knew she was a sensitive soul when he hired her to work with him on a project to produce the longevity elixir. Yet...the worms must be 'pushed' to release their enzymes.

"Either do as I say or leave. It's not late to find your replacement." He says calmly to Alexia's shock.

She nods, positions the beaker under the machine and starts the process. It's either that or she starves.
