桂花糕月饼的简单食谱
今天我就分享如何做桂花糕月饼。
桂花糕月饼
这个是容易做的菜燕月饼。首先,用热水泡浸一汤匙的桂花,才加入800毫升热水和几片蔗糖(随着你要的甜度),加入混合了三茶匙的蒟蒻粉和三茶匙的菜燕粉,用手拿混合器慢慢搅拌。当全部融化了,就慢慢倒入所有的溶液在大型的月饼模具,也加上浸泡了的枸杞,过后冷却,才放在雪柜里凝固。
