Here I bring you a recipe for fluffy chocolate pancakes. All a plus when you need something different in your breakfasts.

This recipe is a modification of the one I saw online and I share them here.

🤎Ingredients.
30g cocoa powder
2 eggs
100g wheat flour
75ml water
15g sugar
30ml oil

🤎Preparation
First separate the yolk from the white of the egg, open a hole in the sharpest part and take out the white, then finish breaking the whole egg and put the yolk in another container.

In another bowl, where the yolks are, add the flour and cocoa, mix until a paste is formed. You can gradually add the water until the mixture is homogeneous and fluid.

Then with the silicone spatula add the egg whites until stiff to the previous mixture, mixing it with enveloping movements little by little, so as not to eliminate the air from the mixture.

Continue mixing until all the egg white mixture is used, if it is to your liking add sugar.

Preheat a skillet over medium heat with oil, and with a ladle add the pancake mixture. It is important that it is high and cover it.

After 4 minutes, lift the lid and flip the pancakes and cover. Repeat this procedure until you finish the mixture.

Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy your chocolate pancakes.
