Overcoming self doubt.

Hello ladies... it's another time for wonderful contest to express our minds and i would love to he answering this question l "The time i overcame self doubt". Overcoming self doubt looks easy and even easy to say but hard to take the steps.

Self doubt can be seen when someone sees herself as a lame person who cannot achieve her dreams and these things are held by fear, insecurities, traumas and so on
I used to have self doubt of am i good enough?,what if i make mistake? This are fear of held me back, i do not even believe in no harm in trying all because of being afraid of What people will say or react if i fail.

But with time i came across a female motivational speaker who's also a writer J.k Rowling who talked about failure is not the opposite of sucess but a stepping stones to our success because through them we learn through the setback which path way for our growth and even the benefits of it to our lives.

Continually I listened to more motivational speaker and with time, i started practicing and working on my Self doubt and also on the take of "what will people say if i make mistake,not being able to accept failure" verything changed, when i took the bold step to do things i used to be afraid of doing even if i fail,i learned from the setback, with time i overcame the self doubt of "Accepting failure" and had courage to try even if i fail.
