Heal

Heal, heal, they say
I wish it were easy as they claimed
They took advantage of my innocence
And left my life in a mess
I feel overwhelmed
Can I ever let go of the memory?
So fresh in my mind, like it was yesterday
My head hurts
My heart palpitates
I've dwelt here so long
I need supernatural hands
To mend my battered, shattered, and broken heart.

To everyone broken, it is time to heal. You have dwelt in that place of pain for far too long.

It's time for a fresh start
It's time for a new beginning
It's time for a new You
It wasn't your fault but healing is your responsibility

As the Bible says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." - Psalm 147:3

It's time to let go of the past, release the shackles of hurt and shame. Allow God to mend your broken heart, to bind up your wounds, and to restore your soul. God is willing, trust him with the key to your life and let him have Control.

Remember, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit." - Psalm 34:18.
