The Moving ends...

**There comes a time when moving ends. **

You find your place. Even it being temporary. Even it starting off questionable. This lease becomes a short-term/long-term plan for the foreseeable future. You set your heart on a location, the decor, and even the small broken parts find their way into your heart.

Until it doesn't. Until it breaks. Breaking the lease early wasn't fun. An impromptu move, in the peak of the renting season, what does one call this season? Where the apartments are limited, the demand is VERY high and it's reflected in the rent prices and limited availability. Even the best bargain shoppers, apartment hunters, and owners were struggling. Most places had *multiple * offers. Most places rarely matched what was pictured and the minor details of the location being in an area that is less than desired was common. Plus, my sister was getting married in the same season which shortened the search period.

Fast forward to the part where it all works out. Blah-blah.

Here is where you come in. At this point, figuring out the best way to pack, hacks on finding a place, etc, etc... We got that, maybe, partly, and what we don't have is the answer to the following?

1. Downsizing, how does one sell items? The typical ways aren't working. Facebook Marketplace, eBay, offerup, they aren't working. Yes, I've adjusted the price.

2. Utilities. How does one survive summers in a humid location without running the AC at artic levels? Any tips on conserving energy are much appreciated.

3. Groceries, to buy in bulk or to not, what say you?
