May I ask you something??
Recall the last time you sat alone, asked yourself a question, and received a straightforward answer from your conscience. To be honest, only a small number of people worldwide actively engage in self-questioning these days. The truth is, as a collective, we've moved away from introspection and are more inclined to question the actions and motives of others. We have started blaming others for our failures.
It is difficult to question ourselves because our mind knows the answers to all the questions. When your life values are clear, and you align your actions with them, self-questioning becomes effortless. However, if your values, goals, and action plan lack clarity, self-questioning becomes challenging.
Make it a daily practice to question yourself. Pose the questions you find comfortable, and don't shy away from those that cut deep, like a piercing mirror.
Remember, Life's answers often reside within you.
