ROI = (Gain from Investment - Cost of Investment) / Cost of Investment
This is a very simple formula to see the gains from your investment! My calculation for example was.
ROI = ((4 x 2.43) (Gain)) - ((6 Stake) (Cost of investment)) / ((6 Stake) (Cost of investment))
ROI = 9.72 - 6 / 6 = 0.62 (make it into a percentage by 100%) = 62% :)
