Hey Steemians!

I was at Her Conference about a couple of weeks ago where Simon Pang of #teammalaysia gave a talk on Steemit and it really peaked my interest. I was at the conference doing Tarot Card Readings .... yes you read it right *wink.

I got interested in the 'New Age' Movement in what seems like a long time ago now, when it was still new in Malaysia. The words 'energy' and 'healing' were said in hushed tones and people who did Reiki and other 'New Age' things were considered kooks or plain crazy. Actually I just wanted to learn how to meditate and joined a 'closed' group of mainly expat women coz there just weren't many options back then.

One thing led to another and I got introduced to a bunch of healing modalities, crystals and many interesting people, both nice and not so nice, too. There was so much to learn and I got to heal parts of myself along the way. I left my really stressful corporate job in 2011 and told myself that there had to be a better way to make a living. I tried several things and failed at some of them. And then I got introduced to these babies: The Andara Crystals.

My life truly changed forever. I fell in love with the Andara Crystals and found them to be really different from other crystals. My new life of unexpected adventures had begun! So many things happened to me - some weird and some spooky - but all wonderful!! I will tell you some of the amazing experiences I have had with them later on k.

Now I make jewellery with these crystals so that they can be worn by people who are falling in love with them too. The Andara Crystals have fans from the US, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Australia and of course, Malaysia :

I do energy healings with the Andara Crystals too. My cats are also fans. This is Miki, my lil Siamese boy.

So I will be sharing stories about the Andara Crystals, cats and things I am interested in or learnt, which will hopefully be useful to you. And perhaps even the odd family recipe or two, as our family believes that when we share our recipes, we share the love. This is Mum. You can call her Auntie Anne. Mum is still the Queen of Cookery.
