Need Evaluation in villages

As we all know most of people lives in villages, but nobody knows how they actually living. The growing living conditions (any business through internet) are not good enough.We are talking about money making on websites, business, etc ,but we don't know how tough it is.We are talking about digitalisation ,in reality we are too far away from it because the data packs are too cheap but other hand the speed of internet is worst so how can they dream big.if someone wants to be a successful person on internet ,how he can? this one is biggest question in all developing countries .anyone tell?
