My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2024

Hi friends this my actifit activity post for yesterday, of course that is monday started my week by going to office. Climate is rainy. I submitted my weekly reports to Hr. Next week work planning started. Looks like now I am addicted to actifit without writing a post my day not complete. Evening I have done some exercises at home. I have a habit doing meditation for some time because it gives happiness to me. I just observe breath without interrupting it.
