BTC never die!
If you think Bitcoin die after last block will be finding, you are very shy. They'll just start over, it'll just be the 2nd batch. Balances will be transferred like in every hard ore soft forks.
And the owners of the coins of the first round will become veterans of the first wave, just like that, simply and irreversibly.
