My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2022

Yesterday I decided to go for a long run down to Boccadasse. It’s a suburb of Genova and only 7km from the centre. It has the same historic buildings but no cars or loud port.

It was a lovely run, which I sweetened by dipping into the water when I arrived. I relaxed for half an hour before setting back again. There isn’t too much to do, expect enjoy the view :)
