Nothing Left
Another track made with only one instrument ! Still from Teenage Engineering, it's the world famous toy/monster synth: the OP-1 ! Yeah, the track was made using only the OP-1's 4 track tape recorder. In case you don't know, the only way to layer sounds with this machine is to play the same track twice. There is no MIDI in this machine, only audio ! This was a bit challenging at first, but as you can hear, the layering I did wasn't *very* complex, so it was pretty simple to do. Unlike the other track "Missing Space" this one is more sad, more dark, hence the title, Nothing Left. When I wrote this music, I was not in the greatest mental condition, so the title came to me very quickly. You can easily picture someone opening the door of his house to find a devasted world with...well...nothing left. Enjoy !!
