환율과 대외적인 메크로 환경이 바뀐것이 키 팩터
그 환경에서 외국인이 담기 좋은 종목이기에
오르는것이지.
국내에 돈이 많이 풀렸는데 부동산이 규제되어서?
이런 논리는 좀 약하지 않나..유동성이 넘치긴한데 작년도 넘쳤고 작년에도 부동산 정책이 몇차례 나왔는데..
우리나라 시장은 외국인이 드라이빙함. 개인이 지수 못올림. 환경적인 요소를 캐치해야함.
