ZooKeeper Launch Recap and Coming Updates

One month ago we launched ZooKeeper, the new dual farming NFT DApp on the Wanchain Ecosystem. The launch went as expected, the DApp was well received, the price of $ZOO went up from 0,50 to 2,20$ and has now stabilized around 1,50$ which is quite impressive for a brand new DApp. For the people unfamiliar with ZooKeeper, here is a brief explanation:

What is ZooKeeper?

ZooKeeper functions as a gamified yield farming DApp for WanSwap liquidity providers.. By creating real use cases within the ZooKeeper platform, the functionality of ZooKeeper NFTs are noticeably superior to other Yield Farming DApps.

• Dual farming (receive rewards in $WASP and $ZOO)
• Boost rewards by locking up liquidity (optional)
• Boost rewards by adding an NFT to your pool
• Reduce lockup times by adding an NFT to your pool
• Earn NFTs by buying chests with $ZOO or stake your $ZOO to earn free chests
• Buy or sell your NFTs on the Market Place

With a dual farming experience, ZooKeeper enables users to gamify their yield farming experience while embracing the collective popular crypto NFT trend. The DApp utility token (ZOO) is distributed as farming rewards to Wanswap Liquidity Providers (LPs), and ZooKeeper users can then stake their WSLP (Wan Swap Liquidity Provider Tokens) to further increase their yield gains.

Upon launch ZooKeeper had 7 farming pools with double farming rewards (ZOO and WASP), including:

• WASP/WAN
• WAN/wanETH
• wanUSDT/WAN
• wanUSDT/wanUSDC
• FNX/WAN
• WAN/wanXRP
• wanBTC/WAN

Most recently ZooKeeper added the first ‘dual farming rewards pool’ with their own asset, ZOO/WASP. This enables users to profit even further and double their rewards as they play.

Here are some statistics from our new Insights page:

TVL: 60 million USD
MC: 7.243.842 USD
NFT Chests opened: 600
NFT boosters unlocked: 221

On the Market Place, we saw a lot of action already, the highest-selling NFT was sold for 30.000 $WAN (55.000 USD)!

What’s next?

With the next two updates, ZooKeeper intends to add Safari Pools and the new Dual Farming Pools integration. Safari Pools will enable users to stake their ZOO utility tokens and earn rewards beginning as of May 21st. This exciting addition to the ZooKeeper ecosystem requires no lock period when staking ZOO, no limits to how many ZOO tokens a user can stake, and no penalty fees for entering/exiting staking pools.
