Dirty Style Wonton Mee

Leo Star, a restaurant that only sells one type of mee, and that is Cantonese Wonton mee. The mee itself are made with eggs, served with the wonton (dumplings). Inside of the wonton contains a savory meat or seafood filling. Wonton mee can be taken dry with dark sauce or with soup. usually served with of char siew (pork) or slices of chicken breast.

At Leo Star restaurant, other than the normal mee served with wonton, we can also choose mee with only chicken breast, or mee with only char siew (pork).

Local called their mee as "la cha mien", which means dirty mee. From this picture, clearly, we know why their wonton mee given such name.
