The Path to God

Unlike Christianity, Judaism does not seek converts. It is absolutely true that no Gentile needs to convert to Judaism in order to draw closer to God.
The doors to true and authentic Torah Judaism are always open to anyone who wishes to embrace the Torah and to live in accordance to all of its commandments. But this calling is not for everyone.
Genesis makes clear that all human beings are created in the “Image of God.” Although no human being is perfect, nevertheless no human soul is cut off from God. God is the Lord and Father of us all. There is no need for any intermediary between man and God. God hears the prayers of all who call upon Him.
Every human being can approach God as long as one does this in the truth that resides in one’s heart (not in one’s head) (ref. Mal. 1:11). And this truth is not defined by doctrine and dogma, but rather by righteousness, and morality.
Under the right circumstances a Gentile can even become a true recipient of Ruah HaKodesh (Divine inspiration). (ref. Tana dVei Eliyahu, Rabbah 9).
We are all God’s creation, and thus we are all His children. As such we all equally share the spiritual obligation to live righteous, decent, and moral lives. And we equally share in the responsibility to establish human societies that are established upon these principles of righteousness.
