Beautiful tornado! Right place, right time.
June 12th, 2017, doing what I love. Storm chasing. Yes, it's a hobby, but I'm also a professional. As a meteorologist, it's our duty and responsibility to document these beasts, as well as gather as much data as we possibly can to better understand their ferocious nature. Impatience, and desire to "be first" has some disobeying traffic laws. As a result, it has gotten some people killed unfortunately.
Sometimes however, the bigger danger outside of the tornadoes themselves, is the reckless behavior of other people on the road.
