Do poloniex exchanges think about customers carefully?

When I started trading coins for the first time, I used poloniex

Until then Polonix, the user interface was good, the customer's support was also good.

There was no problem in the reliability of the site.

However, as the number of users increased and transaction volume increased several months ago, poloniex 's response to customers became worse.

I sent 1662 steem to Poloniex two Month ago at the steem site, but it was not credited.

I believe that it is a temporary error and will be handled properly soon.

However, I  found out that the idea I am not right is wrong.

I'm created ticket and sent it  a month ago. but  ticket has passed two month and I have not received any results.

Even the trollbox was closed, and the window of all conversation turned clogged.

At that time, steem equivalent to about $ 4000 was surrounded and it was upsetting.

Right now I completely lost my trust in poloniex, transferred all the assets equivalent to $ 40000 to Bittrex.

However, 1664 steem  not yet deposited has been locked by Poloniex.

I do not know when I can return it.

It is because it feels too dangerous to believe in poloniex that your trust crashed to the bottom

While taking only the benefit from the customer, your trivia watching me who trusted the spoiled poloniex, hope you do not make the same mistake.

In this way, why can we believe that poloniex, will not perish if we lose customer trust?

I hope to find a late trusted exchange.
I wish every luck be coming.
