About Last Night

For Dinner last night we had Lamb Ribs that we had marinated earlier in the day, the first went into the Oven for about twenty minutes before we chucked them on the BBQ with some Snarlers.

Also on the menu were spuds salads and garlic bread, spent most of yesterday in the pool as it was hot as

Here are the Lamb ribs on the BBQ, they actually turned out alright but we did burn them a little

Tonight we are having Roast chicken with stuffing, left over fried spuds/salad & Garlic bread :)

Its Sunday here today so back to work, i would rather stay home and spend more time in the swimming pool
